Lyophilized live attenuated virus vaccine against peste des petits ruminants. Strain NIGERIA
75/1 CIRAD. Attenuated Peste des Petits Ruminants virus, strain N75/1 CIRAD multiplied
on VERO line cells: at least 102.5 DICT50.
Pharmaceutical form:
Lyophilisate to be reconstituted in the corresponding diluent.
Indications:
Prevention of Peste des petits ruminants by
active immunization.
Administration:
Injection of the reconstituted vaccine subcutaneously in
back of the elbow or the inner side of the thigh.
Vaccination dose of 0.5 ml (diluted 50 ml) or 01 ml (diluted 100 ml).
